Boxers were recently rated the fittest athletes in the world according to ESPN. It's no wonder, boxers undergo intense training to increase their speed, agility, strength, endurance, flexibility and more. Boxing workouts have long been heralded as a premier form of training for anyone looking for the perfect cross training workout that incorporates variety and intensity (a typical workout can burn more than 900 calories!)
Here is your chance to work with Nationally Certified Level 2 Boxing Coach, Sean Everingham as he guides you to toward your fittest self through a boxing workout customized to your ability and current level of fitness.
Beginners will focus on techniques such as hand wrapping, proper boxing stance, punching, combinations, skipping and the use of focus mitts and heavy bags.
Intermediates will build on their knowledge and learn more about proper footwork, advanced punching combinations, defensive maneuvers and shadow boxing.
Sean also works privately with advanced participants and competitive boxers and introduces them to advanced conditioning training, high intensity focus mitt and heavy bag drills, sparring and psychological techniques for elite performance. These workouts are not for the faint of heart and you can be sure you will be in the best shape of your life after making it through these warrior workouts!

As a Nationally Certified Level 2 Boxing Coach, Sean can teach you the fundamental skills necessary to be proficient in the ring (or Octagon) and be most effective with your footwork and punching combinations. In addition, as an Elite Trainer, Sean will take you through some of the top training modalities in the sport in order to ensure you are in peak physical condition when you decide to step in the ring and square off. One thing is for certain: after training with Sean, you will not lose a fight based on lack of conditioning or heart! You will train like a warrior to perform like one.

**Programs for boxing and MMA participants are available as one-on-one or group (up to 4 people) sessions. Prices are based on how many sessions are purchased and/or how many participants are in a group.
