By continually pursuing further education in the field and corresponding with some of the industry’s top names, I am able to offer cutting-edge, results-based and a fun training environment for my clients. My educational background includes a Commerce Degree from Ryerson University in Toronto and I am not studying Kinesiology with a focus on exercise physiology part-time at McMaster University in Hamilton.

NOLAND CLARKE

Growing up in Jane and Finch area I began studying martial arts at a young age. It taught me respect, discipline, and how to use and understand the dynamics of my inner strength. Being the little guy I always had to prove myself to compete with the big boys. In 1997 I was introduced to a Brazilian art form called Capoeira to further enhance my knowledge of self-determination that boosted my confidence. As I was more involved in Martial Arts I always craved to find out more, this is how I was introduced to Muay Thai (kickboxing), which I still continue learning.

Ryan Lyn

My interest in fitness started at a young age. I grew up admiring the physiques and athleticism of my childhood heroes: Van Damme, Stallone, and of course the Hulkster. After all, which 80's kid didn't want to rip off a yellow tanktop and start flexing? Since then I have competed successfully in freestyle wrestling, track & field, squash, cheerleading, and most recently natural bodybuilding.
