Eric Morris
I am a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and am currently studying for the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification, one of the leading fitness certifications in the industry. By continually pursuing further education in the field and corresponding with some of the industry’s top names, I am able to offer cutting-edge, results-based and a fun training environment for my clients. My educational background includes a Commerce Degree from Ryerson University in Toronto and I am not studying Kinesiology with a focus on exercise physiology part-time at McMaster University in Hamilton.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
First and foremost, you will have fun! Coming in a close second, you will work hard. In order to achieve results, whether it be gaining strength or losing fat (or both), you will have to put in effort. I will do my best to educate you as to why we are performing the chosen exercises, and to answer any questions you may have. If I do not have the answer, I will get it for you.
After years and years of practicing poor posture, there is no better time to start fixing it than today. One of my focuses is on activating and strengthening those muscles that will enable you to perform better while minimizing the risk of injury. Along with individualized training programs, nutrition guidelines will be given and the more dedication you have, the faster we will see results.
